The Brunswick encourages you to read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Upon making a booking, you have accepted on behalf of your party, our Terms and Conditions in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and booked in accordance with your needs and understanding of our policies.
Bookings and Quotes
Bookings can be made directly via this website or by calling The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads on 02 6685 1860. Reservations are subject to availability and the actual pricing at the time of booking. Quotes are valid at the time of query only.
Rates
Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable and are quoted as per room per night on a room only basis unless specified. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written confirmation post booking. The Brunswick reserves the right to amend rates at any time with respect to all booking channels including third party websites such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb.
Payment
Full payment for all reservations is due in accordance with the reservation policy selected at the time of booking and via the booking channel through which you made your reservation. Non refundable bookings will be charged at the time the reservation is made. All other bookings will be charged in line with the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads accepts Visa, Mastercard and EFT. We do not accept cash and a valid credit card is required for security against all reservations and bookings made.
There will be a 1% credit card fee on Visa/Mastercard payments.
Peak Periods
School Holidays – 14 day cancellation
Public Holidays – 14 day cancellation
Splendour in the Grass and Blues Festivals – 30 day cancellation
Cancellation Policies and No Charge Cancellation Periods
For all bookings made directly with The Brunswick via our website, phone, email or directly with our staff (ie not via a third party agent – online or otherwise) guests may cancel or modify their booking up to 7 days prior to arrival at no charge.
Please note – a 14/30 day free cancellation period applies for bookings made within our peak periods (you may cancel at no charge up to 14/30 days prior to arrival).
All Non-Refundable bookings are strictly non-refundable.
A full cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply should you cancel your booking after your free cancellation window has expired.
100% of the booking fee will be charged for “no-shows”.
Additional Charges
The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads reserves the right to charge Guests for any damages, breakages, lost keys, missing items from rooms, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses incurred in the duration of their stay.
Group Booking Policy
Group bookings of 6 rooms or more require 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance charged 1 month prior to stay.
Maximum Room Capacity / Extra Bedding
Occupancy of our rooms are restricted to the number of guests indicated at the time you make your booking or as indicated at Check-In. Extra bedding is therefore not permitted. Any persons exceeding the maximum occupancy of the booked room will be asked to leave by management.
Minimum Age Policy
Bookings at The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads can only be made by Guests who are over the age of 21.The Brunswick reserves the right to request proof of age for periods over Schoolies, New Year and Splendour in the Grass.
Child Policy
The Brunswick accepts bookings for children over the age of 16 who are accompanied by an adult as our premises are not suitable for families with younger children. Our twin rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests in a room. Please check that the room configuration is suitable for any bookings that need to accommodate more than 2 persons.
Check In
The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads welcomes guests to check-in from 2pm to 5pm at Reception. The Brunswick also operates an automated check in process for arrivals after 5pm whereby room access directions are sent directly via SMS to the mobile phone provided when the booking was made.
We understand that sometimes you may need to check in prior to 2pm, please call Reception on 02 6685 1860 two days prior to your arrival to request early preparation of your room to allow an earlier check-in. Our team will do their best to accommodate you and prioritorise your arrival, however we can not guarantee your request.
Check Out
Check Out time is 10am. We understand that sometimes you may like to stay and enjoy the day in Brunswick Heads – in these instances, just ask our friendly staff if you are able to store your luggage with us and continue parking in our free parking bays, and / or continue to use our facilities outside of your room. We will do our best to accommodate you here but again, such requests are subject to availability and occupancy
After Hours Check In
Our Reception closes daily from 5pm. After Hours Check In is possible as listed above given our automated check in process.
Pet Policy
The Brunswick does not permit pets on premises.
Behaviour & Noise Policy
For the comfort and consideration of our Guests, The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads operates a “No Party Policy”. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation at their discretions, we also reserve the right to have Guests removed from the premises without a refund. Visitors are not permitted to the Property after 5pm.
Smoking Policy
Smoking in any rooms is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking inside rooms you will be charged a fee of $500.
Privacy Policy and Security of your Personal Information
Any personal information that we collect including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfil our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside of our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation, the Privacy Act 1988).
Changes outside of our control
The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads.
Liability
You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation hereto.
Governing Law
The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupancy of the property during your stay and in relation to your reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

However errors and/or omissions may occur and The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this website and any links to or from this website, including, without limitation, warranties as to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property or fitness for any purpose.
